I hit a rock on the highway on the way to Vanderhoof, and at first it was a small “star”, and three days later — bam! — a full-blown crack almost through the entire glass. So I had to urgently look for someone who could replace my windshield in Prince George. I called several places, and eventually settled on Auto Glass Stores in Prince George, BC. Why? First, they immediately said that they work directly with ICBC. That is, I did not need to coordinate anything separately - I just gave them my policy number, and they sent the application themselves. My deductible was $ 200, everything else was covered by insurance. Secondly, they found a glass for my Mazda3 literally the next day, and immediately scheduled me for installation. I really liked how everything was organized: friendly employees, quickly processed the paperwork, explained how long the work would take (about 2.5 hours), and offered to wait in the waiting room with Wi-Fi and coffee, or just leave the car. I left on business, they called back a couple of hours later - everything was ready. They installed the glass carefully, nothing leaked, no extra noise, and even replaced the wiper blades for free (regular ones, though, not some premium ones).

I can confirm that All-West Glass does a good job, I had my rear window replaced there a year ago. Also with ICBC, no problems either. There aren't many good Auto Glass Stores in Prince George in general, but this one is definitely one of the reliable ones.
